In case of self registration we capture the following information from you:
Full-name, FIDE ID (if available i.e. if player is registered with FIDE), Date of Birth, Gender, Country, Email, Mobile, Password for the user’s account. If the player is below the age of 18, we also capture the Guardian’s information (Full-name, Age, Gender, Email, Mobile).
In case of tournament registration we capture the following information:
Tournament Category, FIDE ID, FIDE Rating, FIDE Title, Peak FIDE Rating(which could vary depending on tournaments between Peak Career Rating or Peak Rating in the Last 3 years and so on), Player Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Profile Photo, Proof of Identity (PAN Number for Indians/Passport Number for non-Indians), Email, Mobile No, Phone No, Address, State, Country, PIN/ZIP code.
Data Collected from 3rd Parties:
- FIDE data published on a daily basis of all FIDE registered players along with their ratings and titles if any. Data captured from FIDE includes the following:
Name of the player, FIDE Identification Number, Standard rating, rapid rating, Blitz rating, number of standard rated games played by the player in given period, number of rapid rated games in given period, number of blitz rating games in given period, standard rating K factor, rapid rating K factor, blitz rating K factor, year of birth of a player. title of a player, Federation of a player, Other titles of a player, flag of inactivity, sex of a player.
- Data published by National Chess Federations such as AICF (All India Chess Federation). Data captured from AICF includes the following:
AICF ID, FIDE ID, Player Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Payment Status, etc.
- We capture data from such recognized bodies to make tournament registrations an easy and smooth process for the player as well as the tournament organizer by cross referencing and pre-populating such data during the tournament registration process.
Organizer Data:
Organizer data includes:
Organizer Name, Logo, Authorized Person Name, Email, Phone, Address, City, State, Country. In case of Indian organizer we also take the GST Number and PAN Number of Organizer, Authorized Person’s PAN Number along with self-attested scanned copy of the documents. Organizer bank details are also captured which includes Bank Name, Branch, IFS/Swift Code, Account Number, Name as in Bank Account.
Other data
We also maintain a database of venues provided to us by the organizer which includes Venue Name, Address, City, State, Country and Facilities.
Other data that we capture includes data provided by the tournament organizers about the various hotels that are providing for the stay of the player and accompanying person(s) such as guardians and or coach. We use the term Aide for such accompanying persons.
Hotel information includes the following:
Hotel Name, Address, Contact Person, Contact Person’s telephone number, website, facilities, check in/check out time, URL of the hotel map if available, directions to the hotel from the nearest airport/train station/bus stop.
We also capture data about the various Transport Operators who essential take care of the logistics of the players and their aides from their respective hotels to the venue and back.
Transport operator information includes the following:
Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, Facilities, Contact Person, Contact Person’s Phone Number, Vehicle details such as Vehicle Registration/License Number, Capacity, Amenities, Contact Person (Driver), Contact Number.
Computer Information Collected
When you use our Website, we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our Website. Such information is typically considered Non Personal Information. We also collect the following:

Such a user can have multiple Guardians and at least one of them is kept informed.
